Flame Boss and King Chef are cooking trailers with an exhaust hood over the cook line. Non-Cooking Concession trailers are for coffee, drinks, desserts, retail, and uses that do not need a hood. Side Kick models are the smallest and lowest-cost options.
All six models are 7 feet wide. Compare the lengths and current prices below; the King Chef adds two feet of floor space over the Flame Boss for more cooking and prep space.
Every model uses electrical and appliance components that meet U.S. specs, with NSF- and ETL-listed appliances. Cooking models have an exhaust hood with a 6-inch overhang. The full equipment list and final floor plans are coming soon; the layouts on Our Models are samples. Our lineup is standardized rather than custom-designed.
Our ModelsOur first containers are expected in spring–summer 2027. Every trailer is assembled by our crew. In-stock trailers will appear on the Inventory page as they are assembled; you can sign up to be notified when stock is ready.
